in the summer of 2014, I moved to Israel. These are a mere snapshot of the pictures I took from this first year as I began to explore my new home. I was fortunate to have many of these photos published in the Jerusalem Post Friday edition, to have two shows one in the south in the Eshkol region and the other commissioned by the Bloomfield Science Museum where I created three original photage images. Several gallery and invitations followed since then. I still try to take pictures, but I don't always have the time. What I do have is a new appreciation for the world around me because of the lens, I stop and study a flower, a bee, the way the light casts shadows across a rockface. Photography changed me and made me a better observer with or without the camera.
